- Perform carpentry work including framing, installation of drywall, and trim carpentry.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to complete projects.
- Restore and remodel structures by repairing or replacing damaged components.
- Apply stucco, plaster, and other finishes to walls and ceilings.
- Assist with roofing projects, including installation and repair.
- Operate heavy equipment as needed for construction projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction industry.
- Proficient in various carpentry techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of drywall installation and finishing techniques.
- Familiarity with stucco and plaster application methods.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
