Looking for a skilled laborer / yard worker for our container facility on I-12 Service Rd (next to Berryland Campers).
The job involves cleaning, refurbishing and repairing steel shipping containers that are used as storage containers.
If you have minimal experience using hand tools and can following instructions we will train you for the work we do.
Understand, you will be working OUTSIDE in the sun/heat, cold & you will get dirty.
MUST HAVES You must be reliable You must be able to learn and take direction You must take pride in your work You must have a valid i.

/license & social security card You must have a checking account for direct deposit payroll (the only way we payroll) You must have reliable transportation You must live local to the Hammond/Ponchatoula or immediate areas You must provide work references - they will be checked/verified You must be willing and able to work - this is production work (at it all day).
We work Mon - Fri, no weekends.
But the work is weather controlled.
If it rains, it's unsafe to work - there will be rain out days or partial days.
Pay is to be decided on experience but a minimum $14.
00 per hour to start.
Every hire is temporary to permanent after probation.
